Ability to correct outdated AI responses

Problem Statement:

  • AI responses are based on outdated information that was once true but is no longer accurate
  • There's no way to update or correct these responses when facts change

Current Workaround:

  • Currently, there's no built-in way to fix outdated AI answers, so users have to manually correct or clarify responses each time

Impact:

  • Users receive incorrect information, leading to confusion
  • Extra time spent clarifying or correcting AI responses
  • Reduced trust in the AI's accuracy

Proposed Solution:

  • A feature that allows users to flag or correct outdated AI responses
  • Ability to update the knowledge base or provide corrections that the AI can learn from

Unlock:

  • Users would be able to ensure AI responses stay accurate and up-to-date
  • Less time spent correcting misinformation
  • Greater confidence in the AI's reliability

Ability to correct AI responses for future training

Users want a way to adjust or correct a specific answer provided by the AI to ensure that the AI learns from the correction and provides a more accurate or preferred response in the future.

For example, preventing the AI from telling guests to call the power company (e.g., Dominion) during an outage, and instead stating that the host has already called.
