It would be great if we could assign different colors to teammates. I have to cleaners with the same initials, and it would be one less step if I could assign each a different icon color.

If there is just 1 task on a given day the task is given a color depending on the teammate, but if there is more than 1 task it turns grey.
It’d be very helpful to have a system that shows colors even if there are multiple tasks on a given day assigned to multiple people. Leave it grey if there are still tasks in that grouping that need to be assigned to a teammate.

This is especially helpful for hosts with multiple properties and multiple turnovers per week. When looking at the task calendar, having each set of tasks in a grey circle doesn’t help hosts identify what needs to be worked on.
I have multiple tasks for each turnover day (maintenance, cleaning, etc). I should be able to look at my task calendar and get a quick idea of ones that need to still be assigned. When they are all grey I am forced to click on each one and see what hasn’t been assigned yet.
If each cleaner had a color it’d be easy to visually see who has been assigned lots of tasks and who hasn’t been assigned many.
Also, when looking at the TASK CALENDAR it would allow me to easily see which ones have yet to be assigned. Opening each one is very inefficient.
Also #2, the list/overview of unassigned tasks showing the number of weeks/months out a given task could be more useful if it also showed the day of the week. Certain cleaners work on certain days, so I’d be able to more easily assign them.
When you do click on the ASSIGN TASK link, it’d be helpful to not only see the DATE but also the DAY of the week (i.e. Saturday) on the popup window to more easily assign tasks (because some people don’t work on certain days). As it is now, I have to click the calendar to see the day of the week, and even then, it should highlight in a color what day & date on the calendar the task is currently assigned to.
