Although we are not supporting a custom question category specifically, with the Knowledge Hub available to every property, you can now add answers to common questions about door locks in a guidebook/policies PDF that you upload to the Knowledge Hub!

Linked to Allow us to create questions to automate responses instead of your standard replies. For example I always get asked for the nearest EV charger or if we can store their bags on site. This would create less manual work

This is not completed! It needs to be an option under Rules > Respond to questions about… why can’t we add automated responses there?

Question category for "Door Lock"
Please create the option to detect questions about door lock issues so that hosts can create auto responses! This is very needed!
