would like to add mutliple guidebooks to one property plus shorten link

Can you add in property details for guidebook link for %guidebook% so that multiple guidebooks can be added with a description keyword (like city or outdoors). I have multiple guidebooks. Like I do karaoke in house and have one just for that linked to multiple properties because its the same system in all of them but can't add it to welcome message.

It would just be adding another blank line for link. The other point I wanted to make is it possible just to have a highlighted description word FOR the link instead of the read long line of code from airbnb for the guidebook that takes up around 3 sentences if trying to keep message minimal so guests don’t just ignore it.
