When extending a reservation after checkout message was sent, allow host to reschedule checkout message

I do mainly long stays, and my checkout message goes out 4 days before checkout. Sometimes the guest asks to extend by another few weeks, and I need to put a reminder in my outside calendar to manually send them the checkout instructions again 4 days before the new checkout date. It would be nice to be able to reschedule relevant messages when reservations are extended.
