In many countries, WhatsApp is the most used means of communication. The majority of my booking guests are unaware of messages they receive through the booking app. Hence, it will be very very very useful to have full integration with WhatsApp.

WhatsApp would be a great add on for guest communications, some guest just uses WhatsApp.

In Indonesia, almost all communication happens through WA. This would help us immensely.

Hi folks
Talking to guests I found out that most of them have whatsapp working fine when abroad and could receive confirmation code by whatsapp to sign Rental Agreement and receive communications, but not SMS due to data connection. This WhatsApp implementation would be very good for this cases

My property is going to have 11 units on it so I could have 11 different parties at the same time. I’m looking for a way to communicate with all guests at the same time who are at the property or are within a certain number of days of checkin. It would be great if there could be a connection to WhatsApp that automatically added and removed guest phone numbers based on date parameters like 10 days before checkin and one day after checkout.

Essential to take guests off OTA and promote direct bookings

Most of my guests especially from booking.com only use whatsapp. They don’t even know that booking messaging exists. So 80% of my guests conversation is outside of airbnb/booking. The AI can learn much more from my conversations on whatsapp than what’s inside hospitable. In order to have useful inbox AI this is an essential feature
