In many countries, WhatsApp is the most used means of communication. The majority of my booking guests are unaware of messages they receive through the booking app. Hence, it will be very very very useful to have full integration with WhatsApp.

I think WhatsApp integration is essential for AI training in hospitable. Right now less than 20% of my communication is within airbnb or booking, so the AI can’t learn what really matters in communication to be on autopilot one day.
This feature is the most important in communication overall if a working autopilot is a goal for hospitable. Please prioritize, thank you!

Having a native connection with Wati.io, which is the cheapest WhatsApp CRM on the market and the most functional, would be a super hack, as no other tool has the penetration of WhatsApp.
It's the easiest way to communicate with guests from pre- to post-arrival.

Any update on when this might become available? In most countries SMS integration is simply useless as we don’t use it
