This would help hosts quickly identify conversations where automation failed or disable by host staff members, allowing them to prioritize manual follow-up and ensure no guest messages go unanswered.
Benefits: Improved guest service, easier conversation management, and peace of mind that cancelled automations are visible at a glance.
