Hi Hospitable team! I'd like to request a separate permission in User Management that allows secondary users to view reservation “Conversation notes” from the Calendar without granting Inbox access.
My cleaning team only needs to see practical instructions, such as “Please prepare the baby cot.” I don’t want to give them access to guest conversations or require a separate task for every note.
Ideally, these notes would be visible in both the reservation calendar and the Task view, with read-only access.
Is this currently possible? If not, could you please consider adding this feature? Thank you!
