Leverage Hospitable’s position as a PMS with access to multiple OTAs to compile aggregate guest profiles. Where the a guest reviews across multiple platforms can be compiled and viewed in aggregate. This would be especially helpful for direct bookings as well as when a guest is a first time guest on an OTA but has a profile on another OTA.
In addition, it would be great to have a place to share notes for future hosts to see that don’t rise to the level of providing it in a public review of the guest. Say they were great guests but left our hot tub so dirty that you couldn’t see the bottom and required a full water change out before the next guest. Or they were very difficult to communicate with but we’re otherwise great guests. I’d like to share that with future hosts in a host-only way allowing the future host to proactively take action or prepare for the guest.
