Taskbird Integration for Cleaner Task Management

Problem Statement:

• Cleaners using Taskbird cannot view their assigned Hospitable cleaning tasks directly within Taskbird
• Currently, there's no native integration between Hospitable and Taskbird
• Cleaners must rely on workarounds to see their tasks

Current Workaround:

• Export the Teammate iCal feed from Hospitable
• Subscribe to it in Google Calendar
• Pull the Google Calendar into Taskbird

Impact:

• Extra setup and maintenance required for each cleaner
• Tasks are only view-only in the calendar (can't accept/complete tasks)
• Potential for missed or delayed task updates due to sync delays

Proposed Solution:

• A native integration between Hospitable and Taskbird
• Cleaners can view and manage their assigned Hospitable tasks directly within Taskbird
