Sync BetterSTR's "AI Only" content with Knowledge Hub

I want to have a single source of truth for properties details which includes guest facing details and internal facing details. BetterSTR seems to have solved that but i want to ensure that both of the AI assistants (better STR AI and hospitable AI) have access to this property knowledge.
