The integration problem is with Schlage Arrive itself. This lock doesn’t support 3rd Party APIs. There’s nothing Hospitable or Seam can do. This is something Schlage would have to address.
But I agree, the keypad is sooo much better than touch pad.

Please add support for Schlage Arrive locks! They are so much better than the Encode. I bought and installed one only then to find out that Hospitable does not support it. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Hello Hospitable, is there a projected timeline for this support? I purchased a brand new arrive thinking it would work since it’s WiFi enabled… please let me know.

Agreed! I had no idea it wouldn’t be included since it is still wifi enabled. Huge bottleneck as an operator.
