Support for Non-Traditional Rentals (ATVs, Boats, Equipment) Without OTA Requirements

Problem Statement:

• Currently, Hospitable requires a listing on an OTA platform (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) to create a property
• Companies that rent non-traditional resources (ATVs, boats, equipment, etc.) cannot use Hospitable as their primary booking platform
• There's no way to list and manage these rentals directly through Hospitable

Current Workaround:

• Companies must maintain separate booking systems for non-traditional rentals
• They manage OTA listings for traditional properties while using other platforms for equipment/ATV/boat rentals
• This creates operational inefficiency and fragmented guest experiences
