Airbnb has changed its policy to reflect a lot of the same Vrbo payouts - Vrbo is already terrible with allowing guest to charge back from their card company. Other SM company’s have stripe integrated for all payout - with stripe - guests cannot stay in your home for free! - it’s another layer of protection from fraudulent guests
