Smart Cleaning Tasks for Multi-Room Properties

I manage six individually bookable rooms within one house. Each room requires a complete cleaning set, including its bedroom, allocated bathroom, kitchen and relevant common areas.

Currently, Hospitable generates a separate cleaning task for every checkout, even when multiple rooms share the same facilities.

I'd like to request the following features:

1. Reusable cleaning templates: Save standard 1-room, 2-room and 3-room cleaning sets and select them when required.

2. Conditional cleaning rules: Automatically recognise multiple same-day checkouts and suggest the appropriate combined cleaning task.

3. Combine cleaning tasks: Allow hosts to manually merge multiple room turnovers into one cleaning visit, retaining individual bedroom checklists while avoiding duplicate shared-area cleaning.

4. Flexible scheduling: Allow hosts to manually select a saved cleaning template for a particular date without changing their permanent automation rules.

For example, if three rooms sharing one bathroom check out simultaneously, the cleaner should receive one combined task covering three bedrooms, one bathroom and the relevant shared areas.

These features would significantly improve cleaning efficiency, scheduling and cost management for hosts operating multi-room properties.
