Simulate Payouts/Earnings for Hypothetical Future Bookings of Custom Dates

I’m looking for a feature in Hospitable that lets me enter any dates and instantly see my total payout for a hypothetical booking, including all discounts. With Airbnb, I could select dates and immediately view my estimated earnings, but I can’t do this now that I use Hospitable.

This is important because, in the past, not being able to preview earnings for specific dates has cost me revenue….I’ve missed out on bookings by having nightly rates that were too high, or my weekly/monthly discounts weren’t enough to attract longer-term guests. Sometimes my discounts have been too steep for a monthly/weekly booking and I didn’t realize it until I saw a booking come through. Right now I’m forced to do this in a spread sheet and it is extremely inconvenient and time consuming to get right.

A tool to quickly simulate payouts for any date range would help me set the right prices and avoid lost bookings or underpricing, no matter the season or the pricing strategy I’m currently utilizing.
