Show Airbnb cohost messaging

Since I use hospitable for communication, I turn off Airbnb notifications. However as I am on the cohost networks I also lose the messaging from cohost inquiries. While not frequent they are important to not miss. Is it possible to pass those through to hospitable messaging?
