Set up automated messages based on weather parameters

It would be great it we can trigger messages to go out based on weather parameters in the zip code (maybe through an integration with another device?) so hosts can send instructions about unexpected issues that may arise. For example, when the temperature drops below freezing, guests may need to pour antifreeze on the drains which require very specific instructions.
