Set lead platform/listing for specific calendar data (pricing, availability, minimum stay)

Example use case: A user wants to use Airbnb's minimum stay rules while they want to use VRBO's dynamic pricing rules. In this setup they will benefit from being able to set the lead listing for pricing and another lead listing for minimum stay.
