Send Gross Reservation Prices to Beyond Pricing

Currently, Hospitable sends net revenue to Beyond Pricing. The user would like the ability to send the gross reservation price (the total amount paid by the guest) instead, to ensure Beyond Pricing has the full financial data for better pricing optimization.
