Event messaging rule when host's review is posted

We already can automatically send a review after guest checks out.

I'd like to send an automatic message to the guest letting him know he just got 5* rating and in this message I also explain that it's to get a 5* rating back and also expain the meaning of 5,4,3,2,1 stars on Airbnb platford a.k.a. "Airbnb review guide".

So, the request is to be able to send an automatic message when my review is posted.
