Schlage Lock Feature

As a host, I would like my automated lock codes generated with “Notify me When Code is Used” feature enabled.

Problem Statement

We have had guests who cause issues during their stay and we need to show the Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com detailed lock log records. Without this feature enabled, it show access times and actions but not the user name generated by Hospitable automation.

This new feature will provide the needed user information associated with each user access action for the property. Without this information its there is more ambiguity when opening cases with the platform providers. We want to name of the user clearly identified in the log records. We do this today manually when automation creates the account on the target lock 24 hours ahead of checkin.
