Scheduled automated exports for reservations

Problem Statement:

• Currently, exports from the Reports/Exports center are manual — you must manually trigger each export
• There is no way to schedule reports to run and deliver automatically on a daily basis
• Other short-term rental platforms support scheduled, repeatable reporting

Current Workaround:

• Save filtered export views for reuse
• Manually export the CSV each day when needed

Impact:

• Time-consuming manual process if you need daily data
• Easy to miss a day or forget to export
• No automated delivery of reports to email or other destinations

Proposed Solution:

• Add the ability to schedule exports to run automatically (e.g., daily, weekly)
• Allow users to specify the report type, filters, and delivery method (email, etc.)
• Support recurring schedules for future reservations, bookings, or any saved export view
