<p>Upsells should be scheduled by date range, allowing owners to target non-peak seasons when it is easier to allow early check-in or check-outs.  During peak season, check-in and check-out occurs on Saturdays (10AM &amp; 3PM) so allowing an early or late check-in/check-out is not doable.   </p>
