Same Day Turnovers in the Tasks list view
There is currently nothing that marks a clean as a same day turnover. This is especially challenging when I have a lead cleaner who is delegating tasks based on skill level. She needs to know which cleans have a deadline. Other software uses a unique symbol or emoji to denote that it is a same day turnover. Can we add this?

Good call. We highlight same-day turnovers in the Tasks app and in the task reminder notifications that go out 24 hours before a task. For now your lead cleaner could use the task calendar view which would give her that context. We’ll get it added soon to the task list in Hospitable, but that’s coming soon.
We don’t have a concept in Hospitable of a backup cleaner yet for a task, but it’s on our list of upcoming improvements. Cleanster is a marketplace of cleaners, so it’s easier for them to rollover to the marketplace when a cleaner cancels.
