Revenue Recognition Option: Entire Monthly Payout for MTR stays

For multi-month MTR bookings, I like the option to recognize monthly rent in the month it's collected. For example, a check-in that starts January 15 would have a January payout for the first 30 days of the booking. I would like that entire payout recognized on the January statement.
