Reorder Metric Dashboards

Please add the ability to reorder metric dashboards via drag-and-drop or a simple ordering control.

Description

Currently, dashboards appear in a fixed order with no way to rearrange them. To achieve a preferred viewing order, I had to duplicate dashboards and then delete the originals purely to force a new sequence. While this technically works, it is inefficient, unintuitive, and creates unnecessary friction.

Why This Matters

• Dashboard order is part of workflow optimization, not just aesthetics

• Users often want high-priority or frequently reviewed metrics first

• The current workaround increases clicks, time spent, and cognitive load

• Reordering is a standard expectation in modern analytics and admin tools

Suggested Solution

• Drag-and-drop reordering in the dashboard list

• Alternatively, an “Edit Order” mode with up/down controls

• Order should persist per user

Impact

This would significantly improve usability for power users, reduce frustration, and eliminate a workaround that feels unnecessary for an otherwise well-designed product.
