Rental agreement notifications based on check-in date (for guest & manager)

The recent update to rental agreement notifications is great, but it’s missing a crucial setting: The ability to notify a guest who hasn’t signed, and who’s booking is getting close.

Adding this condition to the Task Reminders area seems like it should be reasonably straighforward, and in my opinion is critical to include.

Additionally… as a host, unless I’m manually checking multiple times a week, I’m TOTALLY in the dark as to whether someone has signed an agreement or not. If a reservation is approaching and they haven’t completed their tasks, I need to know so I can make sure they’re 100% set up for their stay.
