I am excited for this feature. I was also a little confused about the fillable fields because they are pre-defined fillable fields, but according to the answers I got in the Q&A, this data is not saved anywhere?
So if someone gives their email, does it get added to their contact file? What about phone number? Can we export the guest details to our client database via webhook or zapier?

In some places we need all adult guest sign the rental agreement, rules and regulations of the city. So having the primary booker and all guest sign all in one document is ideal.

Same! It’s important to us to have the guest address and the number of pets/pet breeds listed on the rental contract. Once this is a feature, we’ll be able to move to Hospitable entirely!

We are required to collect emails, addresses and picture ID in my town. Please add fields ASAP as we can’t legally use this til it does

Great to see this is in progress. Is it possible to add custom fields that the host can define? I currently need to ask how many gate passes they need (required for car entry into gated community), age of guests (not birth date). I’m sure other hosts have other specific needs so a way to add unique requirements would be very helpful and necessary to fully switch to this feature.

Quick initial feedback - allowing there to be some sort of ‘report’ that you can export RA information:
Columns:
Date Signed, Name, IP Address, Custom Fields, Booking Checkin Date (may be others)

Any time frame on when this will be implemented? It would be terrific to be able to use the Rental Agreement feature but I need a list of guest names, as well as vehicle info for our HOA gate. As well as address of booking guest, and email address.

Yes, and have a place where guests can insert # of adults, children, babies, and pets (if allowed on the property). This is a great way to verify they have reserved for the right amount of guests.

Needs have prompts host can input that the guest is required to enter or respond that they comply with.
