Recurring transactions based on checkout date

Problem statement:

Currently, recurring transactions in Hospitable can only repeat based on the transaction's own start date (weekly, monthly, or every booked night). There is no option to schedule a transaction to trigger on a reservation's checkout date.

Current workaround:

Hosts must manually add transactions for each checkout or use a fixed schedule that doesn't align with when work (like cleaning) is actually performed.

Impact:

• Expenses don't align with when cleaners perform their work
• Increased manual effort to track and record payments per reservation
• Inaccurate financial reporting when transaction dates don't match service dates

Proposed solution:

Add an option to set up recurring transactions that automatically trigger on a reservation's checkout date, allowing hosts to schedule cleaner payments and other checkout-related expenses to post on the correct date.

Unlock:

Hosts would be able to automate cleaner payments and other checkout-related expenses so they align with when the work is performed, reducing manual effort and improving financial accuracy.
