Feature to avoid multiple team members messaging at the same time

We have encountered instances where multiple team members inadvertently respond to a client's inbox message simultaneously. To streamline our communication process and prevent duplicate responses, we would like to request the implementation of a real-time response status feature.

1. WhatsApp-like Feature: It could provide visibility into whether a team member is composing a response to a client's inbox message. Similar to the functionality in messaging platforms like WhatsApp, this feature would help us avoid overlap and ensure that team members are aware when someone else is already crafting a response.

2. Missive-like Collaboration: Or, even better, it could be a feature similar to Missive, where team members can view exactly what their colleagues are typing, word by word, and even collaborate in real-time on their response.

We believe that integrating this feature into Hospitable would greatly improve our team's efficiency and overall customer service quality.
