Push Check-in/Check-out Time Changes to Airbnb

Problem Statement:

• When hosts change check-in or check-out times for a reservation in Hospitable, these changes only update within Hospitable's system
• The updated times are NOT pushed to Airbnb, so guests continue to see the original checkout time on Airbnb
• This creates confusion for guests who don't see the updated times they were communicated about

Current Workaround:

• Hosts must manually update the check-in/check-out times directly on Airbnb after making changes in Hospitable
• This requires double-handling and increases the risk of errors or missed updates

Impact:

• Operational inefficiency - hosts must update times in two places
• Guest confusion - guests see outdated times on Airbnb
• Increased risk of miscommunication about reservation details

Proposed Solution:

• Add functionality to automatically push check-in and check-out time changes made in Hospitable to connected Airbnb listings
• Ensure guests see the updated times on Airbnb when hosts modify reservation times in Hospitable

Unlock:

• Hosts can update times in one place (Hospitable) and have it sync to Airbnb automatically
• Guests will see accurate, updated times on Airbnb
• Reduced manual work and fewer communication errors
