Pet Fee

It would be great if you all offered multiple options for the pet fee for the direct booking widget. The current per pet fee is too limiting and makes it difficult for me to have my pet fee pricing in line with my OTA listings. Having more options will allow owners to test each and decide which works best for them.

1. Per pet fee (current Hospitable)

2. Per stay fee that covers all pets up to owner max (Airbnb)

3. Per day fee that covers all pets up to owner max (VRBO)
