Problem / nature of the issue
Hosts who employ VAs or teammates cannot restrict AI-assisted reply drafting on a per-user basis. The Suggest with AI and Improve with AI buttons in the Inbox composer are shown to every secondary user with Inbox access, with no way to hide them individually.
This creates real operational pain:
VAs over-rely on AI, producing repetitive, robotic, or irrelevant guest replies.
AI can surface outdated info from prior threads (e.g., stale rates, pet fees), leading to guests being quoted incorrect pricing.
AI sometimes commits the host to actions they cannot fulfill (e.g., "our team will come fix it right away" when no one is available).
Coaching alone hasn't worked; hosts want a hard control.
Today the only lever is to remove Inbox access entirely — which defeats the purpose of hiring a VA to handle the Inbox — or toggle account-wide Auto Reply off, which is a different feature.
