Hi! I’d really love to see a year‑end owner report added to Owner Statements.
Right now, statements are generated monthly, which means owners often need to manually combine them to understand their full yearly totals. This can feel unprofessional and time‑consuming when preparing end‑of‑year reporting.
A single annual report that summarizes all monthly statements (income, payouts, expenses and totals) would make year‑end reporting much easier and more professional for property managers and owners alike.
