Owner Portal: New booking notifications without Teammate access

Problem statement

Property owners who use the Owner Portal cannot receive automatic notifications when new bookings come in unless they are added as Teammates. This creates a gap for property managers who want to keep owners informed without granting them full Teammate access and permissions.

Current workaround

The only way to notify owners about new bookings is to add them as Teammates and create a Notification Rule for new reservations. However, this approach may not align with how some property managers want to structure access and roles.

Proposed solution
