Give hosts the option to display the nightly price directly on the calendar for blocked dates, so that they can be viewed without having to click on the dates
I work with property owners and often need to show potential earnings for blocked dates. Right now I can’t see dynamic pricing on blocked nights without opening them, which risks instant bookings. Being able to view pricing on blocked dates would be a big help.
It is also very important or when I’m prospecting and trying to help new potential owners understand how much their place could make. I’d want to be able to put an address in with some criteria (beds, baths, # sleeps, general amenities, lakefront, etc) and have it give me an estimate of pricing (REVPan, estimated yearly revenue, estimated occupancy (by month would be ideal), etc).

I need this total-price preview too. In testing my mid-term rental prices, I need to be able to select a number of days or months in a date block and easily see the total (or at least the monthly total) booking price. This feature exists in PriceLabs, but dynamic pricing has proven not to be too helpful for mid-term, so I am working on setting my own prices in Hospitable, but it’s really hard to get an accurate rate (including all set fees & taxes) without a pricing preview. I’m left to manually sync, and then go check on Airbnb, at which point I have live pricing that has been at times way to high or low, and I’ve gotten booking requests for those too-low prices as a result that I had to deal with.
Additionally, the Smarty AI doesn’t apparently know that the Calendar page doesn’t give a price preview for a date block. It incorrectly told me twice that this feature does exist until I corrected it, and then it admitted that it doesn’t exist.
Also needed for when I block dates so I know my potential earnings loss.
