Hosts currently receive a failed-message notification when Hospitable schedules an automated message, attempts to send it, and the delivery fails.
However, when an automated message is not generated or scheduled at all, the host does not receive a notification. This means the host may not realize that an expected guest message was missed unless they manually review the conversation or the guest contacts them.
Desired outcome:
Hosts are informed whenever an expected automated message is missed, regardless of whether it failed during delivery or was never scheduled.
