Notification when a Booking.com reservation checks out (per property)

Allow hosts to get a notification when a Booking.com reservation checks out for a selected property.

Problem:
Hosts want a clear “stay completed” notification for Booking.com bookings.
Right now, they try to set this up using custom rules (like “X days after checkout”), but it’s confusing and easy to get wrong.

What the host wants:
As a host, I want to be notified when a Booking.com reservation checks out for a specific property, so I know the stay is finished and can follow up on payments or tasks.

Proposed solution:
Add a simple notification trigger:
👉 “Reservation checked out” / “Stay completed”

With filters for:

• Property

• Channel (Booking.com)

What should happen:

• Notification is sent once when the reservation checks out

• Can be set per property

• Can be filtered for Booking.com bookings

Why this matters:

• Helps hosts track completed stays easily

• Avoids complicated setup with custom rules

• Makes follow-ups (payments, cleaning, etc.) more reliable

Notes:

• Should handle timezone correctly

• Should still work if booking dates change
