Notification rules for specific type of alteration (dates or guest count)

Currently, an alteration notification is generated without the ability to distinguish if it was for a change of dates or guest count. Users will benefit from having different notification rule types for each alteration type, so they can create specific templates for the appropriate scenario. Other users also want to opt out of notifications if it was only for change of guest count.
