New shortcode for street address and town only

Problem statement:

• The %listing_full_address% shortcode provides more information than needed for teammate messaging (includes state, zip, country, etc.)
• No existing shortcode outputs just the street address and town

Current workaround:

• Manually typing the street address and town in message templates, or
• Using %listing_full_address% and accepting the extra detail

Impact:

• Teammate notifications contain more information than necessary
• Reduced clarity in communications meant for internal teams
• Extra manual work to create concise address references

Proposed solution:

Add a new shortcode (e.g., %listing_street_address%) that outputs only the street address and town — a concise option for teammate messaging and internal notifications.

Unlock:

• Cleaner, more relevant teammate notifications
• Faster communication with just the essential location details
• Better experience for cleaners, maintenance staff, and other teammates who only need basic address info
