Need a Door Lock / Lock out Category under Rules > Respond to question about…

Help please! We need the ability to have an auto message response to questions about the door lock and lock outs. Under Rules > Respond to a question about… I see options for everything else, airport, tv, streaming services, bicycles, beach… but no option for door lock. This is really important! I had a door lock malfunction last night and my guests were locked out in the middle of the night. I shouldn’t have to have mogul to have an auto message about the backup lockbox. Door Lock should definitely be an option in the “respond to questions about” since accessing the property is THE most important question that guests have.

This has been asked for since 2023 by hosts. The feedback request Smarty directed me to was merged to another feedback item which is marked completed but only refers to knowledge hub which does not solve the problem.
