Native Spanish language support for the Owner Portal

Allow the entire Owner Portal interface (including menus, dashboard, calendar, account statements, invoices, profile, and notifications) to be available natively in Spanish.

The request is for a native language preference setting either per individual owner or for the entire company, to avoid reliance on browser-based translation.
