Multiple Custom iCal Feeds with Selectable Data Fields

Problem Statement:

• Currently, Hospitable only provides a single Property iCal feed with fixed data fields
• Users cannot create multiple feeds with different data configurations
• This makes it difficult to share appropriate information with different teams (e.g., cleaners vs. property managers)

Current Workaround:

• Sharing the same iCal feed with everyone, which includes all guest data (including phone numbers)
• Manually filtering or communicating with teammates about what data to use/ignore

Impact:

• Cleaners or other teammates may accidentally contact guests using phone numbers from the feed
• No flexibility to tailor data sharing based on recipient role or needs
• Inefficient workflow compared to other platforms like Guesty for Hosts

Proposed Solution:

• Allow users to create multiple custom iCal feeds
• Each feed can include/exclude specific data fields (e.g., hide phone numbers for one feed, include full details for another)
• Users can assign different feeds to different teams or purposes

Unlock:

• Ability to share only the necessary information with each team
• Prevent accidental guest contact by cleaners or other staff
• Greater flexibility and control over calendar data sharing
