Metrics revamp

This will give users a better metrics dashboard with KPIs (key performance indicators) to see the health of their STR business, as well as the ability to filter what information is exported in .csv and the ability to share a filtered view with owners or accountants.
It will also include updates to our public API and webhooks to include more financial data.
