metrics export only includes nights booked, gross, net, taxes, cleaning

pull a report that simply shows me number of nights booked, along with gross and net profits break down. A line with gross pay, another line with taxes paid, and another line with cleaning fees paid. This would really make filing my end of year taxes simple.
