Messaging Rule Condition for Signed Rental Agreements
Problem: Currently, there is no way to trigger a message based on whether a guest has signed a rental agreement. This makes it impossible to automatically send specific information (like access codes for optional amenities) only to guests who have completed their agreement.
Current Workaround: Hosts must either send the code to all guests (including those who didn't sign) or manually track signatures and send the code individually.
Impact: This creates additional manual work for hosts and reduces the security/control over optional amenities.
Proposed Solution: Add a new condition to messaging rules that checks if a rental agreement has been signed.
Unlock: Hosts will be able to automate the delivery of amenity codes or specific instructions only after a guest has legally agreed to the terms.

I’d love to see this expanded to include Rental Agreement Signed and Guest ID Verification Completed, with the option to trigger a message after either one or once both are complete.
This would benefit both hosts and guests:
Keeps the host’s inbox clean — the completion notification would no longer sit unresolved and awaiting a reply, taking it off the host’s to-do list automatically.
Reassures the guest — they immediately know their required forms have been completed and received.
Creates a perfect communication opportunity — hosts could use that trigger to send whatever comes next in their guest journey: local recommendations, payment instructions, an upsell, arrival information, or simply a personal thank-you.
It turns a task-completion notification into an automated touchpoint that improves both workflow and guest communication. I think this could be a really useful messaging trigger for many different types of hosts.

Yes, we need this!
Also a trigger that says
"guest verified" AND "signed rental agreement"
if those 2 conditions met, than send a messasge to guest etc….
Thank You Team!!
