Mass delete unread messages and/or mark certain properties auto-read

I need to have an admin view but I dont need to see the details of every thread. My inbox consistently sits at 99+ unread but I would like to get a level that is manageable and meaningful. AKA i just want notifications for new messages from certain properties not all
