Make properties inactive while retaining financial reporting

An option to stop accepting new bookings for an inactive property without losing access to its historical financial data. Currently, muting excludes the property from Metrics and Owner Statements. Keeping it unmuted requires the host to manage calendar blocks and unlist it from each connected channel. Add a reporting-only or archived property status that: Keeps the property unavailable for new bookings across connected channels. Retains historical data in Metrics, reports, and exports. Keeps past Owner Statements accessible to the host and owners. Clearly distinguishes inactive properties from actively bookable properties. This would let hosts retire a property without losing the financial records they still need.
